Refunds
Take your money back yourself.
No email, no ticket, no waiting on a person. Two fields below, and the money goes back to the card you paid with. You keep every document you were given.
Most companies make this hard on purpose. A refund you have to beg for is a refund they are hoping you give up on. This one takes about fifteen seconds and nobody reviews it.
Do I have to explain myself?
No. The box asking what happened is optional and nothing checks it. We wrote the guarantee around the insurer denying your appeal, but we are not going to sit here reading denial letters to decide whether you qualify. If you want the money back, take it.
Do I lose the documents?
No. Your letters, your deadline dates and your analysis stay exactly where they are, and they keep working after the refund. Print them or save them whenever you like. The guarantee has always said you keep every document, and this page does not quietly walk that back.
How long does it take?
The refund is issued the moment you press the button. Stripe sends you its own receipt. Your bank decides when it posts, which is usually five to ten days, and it lands on the same card you paid with.
What if the amount or the email does not match?
Then we cannot find the payment, and we will say so rather than guess. Both come straight off the Stripe receipt in your inbox: search for "Clever Dispute". The amount is a plain number of dollars, 9, 19, 29 or 99.
Is there a deadline?
There is no window on our side. Card networks stop accepting refunds long after any reasonable person would ask, so if this page cannot do it, reply to your Stripe receipt and it gets handled by hand.
